CARMEN is one of the faces and voices of the
NYX Proudly Pro-You platform! This campaign marks a major milestone in Carmen's modelling career. Big congratulations to her and all involved in making it happen!
In partnership with UK Black Pride and Stonewall, PROUDLY PRO-YOU was created to drive concrete change and reflects NYX's ongoing commitment to support, represent and celebrate the talents of LGBTQIA+ people of colour.
Over the last 12 months NYX has;
- Funded research on the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ people of colour in the UK who have been underrepresented in other research.
- Funded UK Black Pride's First Community Action Plan, partnering on improving 'spaces, places & visibility'.
- Used their resources and platforms to give a voice to LGBTQIA+ POC, starting with 7 amazing talents but not stopping there.
